Sales Consultant

Monthly salary: 5000-10000

Job responsibilities:

1. Salesperson position, complete quantitative work requirements regularly under the leadership and supervision of the superior, and be able to deal with and solve the tasks independently;

2. Develop customer resources, find potential customers and achieve sales objectives;

3. Sign sales contracts, guide, coordinate and audit accounts and records related to sales services, and coordinate transportation and other affairs;

4. Resolve customer complaints about sales and service;

5. Provide guiding suggestions for product R & D from the perspective of sales and customer needs.

Job requirements:

1. Technical secondary school or above, unlimited major;

2. At least 1 year sales experience, sales support experience is preferred;

3. Strong sales skills and sales experience, marketing experience and channel development experience;

4. Strong communication skills, organization, coordination skills and team spirit;

5. Have a strong dedication.

Technical Support Engineer

Monthly salary: 10,000-15,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer questions or inquiries according to the service level agreement;

2. According to the internal process, escalate the problem to the product R&D department, and continue to track and feedback customers;

3. Provide on-site services according to project or customer service needs;

4. Collaborate with different internal/external roles to analyze and locate problems;

5. Summarize customer problems or inquiries and enter service reports on a regular basis;

job requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 1-3 years working experience in computer software;

2. Familiar with operating system command line, such as: Linux, IOS, Android, etc.;

3. Familiar with computer programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, Python, etc.;

4. Good communication skills, as well as clear elaboration of technical terms;
